One of the biggest problems that I see people struggle with when it comes to their voice and asking for something, conflict, being unsure is being braced for the no.
You've already decided that we are not going to give you what you want. It's human and it's a habit that you formed a long time ago so you wouldn't be disappointed.
Here is the problem though, it's coming out in your voice in tiny sounds and it's working against you. You are telling us, foreshadowing to us to not give you what you want. You have a heaviness in your sound, you have a negativity, a block, no invitation. It's costing you, the being braced for the no.
